Required Sales,Marketing freelancer for Social Media Marketing For Agency job

I am looking to built a team for my Social Media Marketing Agency. This will be a long term job as long as the results delivered are good and you are reliable to work with! I am looking for someone who has a good attitude and is the best at what they do. The pay will vary for each client and the jobs will not be in a specific niche. Requirements:
- Experience in running Facebook ads and delivering results
- Being able to take over a job without any difficulties
- Having a fast response time
- Have a good attitude
- Speak fluent English

Bonus:
- I also run some accounts for Social Media Management so if you can manage those as well that would be great but if not the it is totally fine! (This will be additional pay on top of the marketing)
