looking for someone with experience building a call analytics platform for a call center. There are many platforms in the industry such as Marchex and CallBox. Software would track phone calls from dynamically issued phone numbers, record calls, convert audio files to text files, have screens that agents would score up to 21 attributes as they analyze the call for items like friendliness, use of customer name, data capture, sales skills, etc. The software would have a dashboard that managers can track advertising performance (results against unique phone numbers), sales person performance, etc. Finally ability to convert results into a report that can be downloaded. Would need to be scalable to 200+ agents.
