We are looking for someone experienced with maintaining and supporting Digium Switchvox phone systems to migrate on on-premise solution to AWS server in the cloud.
Prvious experience with Digium switchvox and asterisk a must. This is a critical multi-office system with integrated VOIP and PRI capabilities. We will need to spin up an AWS server and then migrate on-prem solution using an ISO. We then need to integrate new DID's and SIP trunks for remote users. Phones are Polycom.
Other customizations needed are integration of soft phone applications. Also needed is quarterly maintenance and on-call support for system outages on a go forward basis.
