Looking for someone who can discuss the Euclidean distance theory and how it relates to real estate. I am wanting to create an easy to read model that shows one neighborhood vs another and how closely (or not) related they are. I am having trouble defining the weight for each characteristic involved and also trying to find a way to easily show the results. Do not necessarily need real estate experience since this is primarily a formulaic issue but of course it doesn't hurt to have it.
