Connectwise Manage Administrator (ok to have Automate Administration experience as well)
- Connectwise Administrator will have primary responsibility for managing our Connectwise application environment to include Manage functions.
- Experience with Connectwise Automation is a plus.
- This job includes but is not limited to account administration, managing interfaces between our Sales, Finance and Operations depts, Report building/writing, keeping all components up to date, Integration with Tools/Platforms, Building/Modifying/Implementing WorkFlows.
- Provide accurate reports and metrics to company management on status of on-going projects and agreements.
- Understand overall support objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member.
- Prepare and prepare presentations to clients as needed to support sales
- Manage the process of implementing change efficiently and effectively.
- Identify areas for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
- Maintain specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals.
- Prior experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- A solid technical background across the entire IT Infrastructure / Managed Services technology stack
- 3+ of ConnectWise Manage and/or Automate experience and a deep understanding of the product architecture
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
