Required Data Entry freelancer for Interactive map of municipalities needed job

Hi I am looking for a consultant who can design an interactive map for our web site of Massachusetts showing every municipality, with a different color.
- Map colors needs to be automatically updated from a dataset.
- Would be great if map was clickable. (So we could "zoom-in" to a different map with different data.
Ultimately this map will focus on individual towns, when map is zoomed in on, each town showing pointers to another dataset
