Required Administrative Support freelancer for VA support job

I have quite a few ongoing projects and classes I teach. I am looking to hire a VA for ongoing support to assist me in my tasks and also to manage my team so things don't end up on my todo list to check. I am willing to do some training in the beginning of course but in the long term I am looking for a self-starter and independent VA that will make my life easier in the long term. :)
