Required CSS,CSS3 freelancer for Freelance Web Developer Needed for Marketing Agency Work job

I have a marketing agency that offers both digital and offline marketing services. I'm looking for a freelance web dev who can help with a wide assortment of projects. This can include anything that might be needed: building brand-new WordPress websites from PSDs, installing tracking code, repairing and tweaking client websites, troubleshooting, etc. We are most familiar with WordPress, so prefer to stay with that platform where possible. However, a knowledge of different technologies is helpful. Obviously, we're looking for full-stack development, just given the small size of our agency--we need one person who can handle it all. Nearly everything we do is small business marketing, with some basic e-commerce here and there.
