Looking to build customer support email answering team with with skilled and responsive individuals.
Types of questions you will be asked :
- when will my order arrive
- where is my order
- how can I return my order
- product and comfortability questions
This would be for an eCommerce clothing/fashion brand with a high volume of orders and high expectancy of tender love and care to our customers! Our customers are number one and we want to keep them happy.
NOTE * This will be an ongoing job! There will be times when orders are EXTREMELY slow and we will not need anyone working customer service, and there will also be times where there will be thousands of emails coming in daily.
NOTE* If you can be an email support manager to the team and manage customer support please let me know why you can handle this job.
