Required Wordpress freelancer for Wordpress design for a one-page website job

We have a simple one-page site on Wix and would like to set up a new one on Wordpress. There are basically just two sections: Services and Contact Us.
We'll need the help of a designer to come up with a better looking design and also set it up on Wordpress.
