We have a mobile platform that collects data by geolocation, user demographics, hashtags, keywords, and other information. We need someone to help put together some ideas and a plan and write some algorithms that extract value for us to help us make the right decisions so that we know what to display to users who browse and search our content.
We are looking for real proposals. If you write ' I can do it' you will look pathetic and unprofessional.
Some rules:
1. Start your bid with 'Instructions Read'. Failure to do so and we will know you are a bad bidder who cant follow simple instructions. No excuses. If you fail to follow rule #1, you give us permission to report your account and have you suspended. Don't tell us you forgot, or your VA did it. We won't tolerate your silly excuse.
2. Provide examples of your work.
3. Provide an hourly rate. We will want to pay a flat fee after you quote us, but if we short list you, you will be required to first sign an NDA.
