Required Dashboard,HTML freelancer for Dashboard to see who played audio job

Part 1:
I would like to embed an audio player on my site that provides analytics on how far into a recording someone listened. For example, if I click play on the audio player and only listen to 1:33 of a recording that's 3:48 long, I'd like it to be reported that I stopped listening at 1:33 (or 40% of the way through, whichever is easier to report).

Part 2:
I'd like to be able to view a dashboard that shows those analytics, and also shows me which specific URL the play came from. For example, I may send one person to listen to something embedded at example, but send another person to listen to the same thing at example/?utm_source=firstnamelastname (using a UTM generator) and I'd like to be able to discern which of those two links a play came from.
