OVERALL GOAL
+ The goal is to provide search results according to a custom search algorithm
+ NOT trying to recreate own set of indexed database or crawlers, but AM trying to create an algorithm to extract from existing indexed databases, selecting on a new set of criteria
PROTOTYPE HAS 3 COMPONENTS (ONLY #1 IN SCOPE FOR THIS PROJECT):
1. Interface that can search, read, extract from indexed database (e.g., Common Crawl)
2. Machine Learning interface that can train the extraction program in #1 to produce higher quality results
3. Output interface for users to engage
TYPE OF FREELANCER

+ Must have demonstrated specialization in this field, including prior relevant projects or experience
