Required Format & Layout freelancer for Formatting for a book job

Need help to format a travel book,

1) add table of contents & tag page # accordingly (automatically link table content to the respective titles in its respective page #)
2) add flag in front of each countries
3) make sure no hanging line of title at the end of the page
4) consistent formatting, line space, paragraph heading, etc.
