Required Virtual LAN (VLAN),VPN,Network Administration freelancer for AWS Networking + VPN Expert Needed job

We have an existing AWS setup as show in the image attached.

The mikrotik router has VPN tunnels established to remote systems outside of AWS.

Traffic from AWS8 / AWS15 to remote endpoints (that should be going via the mikrotik tunnels) is not going via the Mikrotik but going directly to the internet when we test via trace route.

VPN Tunnels show as established on Mikrotik.

AWS8 / 15/ Mikrotik are in the same AWS Zone EU-West-1a.

This was working previously but is currently not working.
