Should know the complete storage allocation and removal process from XtremIO array to any OS hosts (Unix and Windows)
Includes specific OS settings, LUN limitations, adapter limitations, device types, etc
Well versed in XtremIO support Matrix across all OS
Analyse the received storage request and compare with the current storage allocation
Identify available storage using Telecommunication capacity guidelines and best practices
Design the new storage allocation; Create storage allocation ticket within customer Storage Request Ticketing System (SRTS)
Perform approvals to route the ticket to allocation
Post migration - create SRTS reclaim tickets, approvals
