Seeking 2 Contractors to vet and analyze orders for Fraud. Contractors duties will include:
-Reviewing orders that are picked up by the internal Fraud Monitoring System.
-Reviewing orders that are stopped at the security check via Web Checkout
-Analyzing information provided by the internal Fraud Monitoring system in association with Maxmind.
-Canceling, refunding, and blacklisting orders that are determined to be fraudulent.
Must-Have:
-Previous experience in Fraud Monitoring or Tech Support
-Analytical mindset and an understanding of common indicators for Fraudulent Orders
-Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets
-Experience and knowledge of Maxmind is a plus.
Other details:
-This is a dedicated project with a guaranteed 40 hours per week
-This Project occurs in coordination with Fraud Order Monitor script runs.
