Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for CAD designer to create a 3D visualization of a living room job

I am looking for someone to render a room I designed. I need something very simple that look clean. No need to spend too much time on details and textures. I have all furniture pieces picked out and would like to send my client and visual of the whole room together before ewe start to order.

I can provide sketch of everything that's needed of course.
