Required software development freelancer for AWS task to setup email service and wiki job

We have an AWS instance, we are looking for the following tasks to be completed:

1. We want to have the ability to send out emails using bash scripts. The email should appear to be sent out from gmail account and the recipient could have any email service (gmail, outlook etc.). This script will be run using a cron job. We will be writing the bash script and setting up the cron job. The email should be delivered reliably, this email should not go to spam, promotions etc.

2. We want a wiki to be setup on this AWS instance, the wiki should be be accessible over the internet. Access to the contents of the wiki should be based on username and password. We need to have the ability to add and remove users access to the wiki.
