Required software development freelancer for Automate payroll processing from Excel files job

I want to synchronize an Excel spreadsheet that updates every week with new orders to a payroll spreadsheet to calculate the commission that has to go to every agent. Every order is made by an agent and they get a percentage of the order's value. The new orders have to be filtered every week automatically then added to a payroll database. You will have to program an algorithm that does all the current manual work in between 4 Excel files.
