Required software development freelancer for AWS Lex chatbot setup and content feed code job

I would like a coder with AWS Lex chatbot experience to set it up. The content we have in AWS RDS tables will feed the chatbot content.

However, I would like a NON Coder to be able to feed content to the chatbot. Your coding will allow this to happen. I love using examples, and I really enjoy when people read the specification, so the key word will be 'lex' should you decide to communicate with us.

The same chatbot engine and content will be filtered for several different areas of our website, so there will also need to have a parent child hierarchy for different contents (subjects) Eg. Someone on an Cargo Import Job will have different questions to someone on a Cargo Export job. Therefore the categories (subjects) are different.
We alsready have a large set of tables that can feed content too.
