We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect/Administrator that can help us to set up and build automated processes and workflows in Salesforce. Someone who can suggest solutions in Salesforce instead of just taking direction is a must! We want to know what the platform is capable of.
The task is to provide setting up and consulting/coaching around best practices in Salesforce Administration and implementation in the following areas:
- Build the Salesforce.com foundation for sales team (structure defined and designed, including mobile functionality; data migration; pipeline management and reporting.
- Setting up new users and profiles.
- Custom objects, workflows, permissions, Reports, Dashboards and Views
- Maintaining the overall Salesforce.com system, including data loads
- Website-to-Salesforce integration
- Assist with data migration from another (Insightly)
