We are looking at implementing a MDM solution such as intune, Miradore, manageengine or similar based on our organisations need. We would like assistance in deciding, configuring and deploying the MDM to our small team of 10-20 employees.
We use applications like Wunderlist, rocket.chat, chrome and Avast for our internal team and would like to auto deploy it. We also have users who use our BYOD and their OS are primarily MacOS/Win/iOS/Android based
First step is to configure everything (fixed price project), and the project can then be converted into ongoing hourly project where we send all details for continuously managing our device inventory and staff's equipment (when we onboard new staff).
Communication for ongoing project will go through out mattermost/slack for new changes payment hourly for that job).
Person who gets this fixed price job will also be awarded project for the ongoing management of our devices/inventory.
