We are a Real Estate Brokerage firm, and are regularly required to send property proposals to individuals and companies alike.
We already have a proposal format (Attaching herewith)

I'm looking for a graphic designer to edit it to look more professional, watermark our logo in the documents, and basically do a lot of Word/Pages editing.
