Required 3D Rendering,Adobe Photoshop,Architecture,Architectural Rendering,SketchUp freelancer for Design an affordable upgrade to my back yard with full rendering job

I have a backyard that is a complete mess. I am looking for ideas to update, make more functional, and work thru it in phases so I can afford it or do the work myself.
I am looking for a rendering so we can use it as a guide and split things into phases.

4) resurface the pool
5) do something to update fountain on hill
