Hello!
We have created a totally new at-home bodyweight workout system. In order to get some feedback, we'd like you to test our workout and film at least 15 seconds of yourself doing the workout.
We first off want to get feedback on the fitness product itself. There is no requirements about who can do this task : any athletic level, body type, is 100% welcome and encouraged.
Next, we'd like to create a 'highlight' video for those people who enjoyed the workout.
In total, this task should take no longer than 30 minutes. Let's walk through the details :
- You'll need 2 devices, one with a camera focused on you. Ideally the lighting is 'good enough' for someone to see you exercising!
- You'll be messaged a workout video that can be played on any device (desktop, tablet, phone)
- You do the workout! (Remember, this will take less than 20 minutes, no equipment required and should be fun and challenging)
- As you do the workout, film yourself. Or take some photos. Or take some photos after with your smiling face!
- You'll be given a questionnaire to understand what you thought of the workout. This is only -5 questions and should take less than 5 minutes to complete
- You then just need to send the video and answers and we can complete the job.
