Required software development freelancer for Clone server - CentOS job

Our php application is a little dated and so is our server. I want to get a new server and clone everything from the old server to the new server. This way the old application should work on the new server after we change domain settings. I need someone that can do this.
Old server is CentOS release 6.7
Fee is open to negotiation.
