Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for Painter, illustrator, Cartoonist job

I'm planning on proposing to my girlfriend in Washington DC on the Saturday night before Thanksgiving. I am looking for someone to be able to recreate some of the best pictures I have had with her over the years. By recreate I mean either drawing, painting, designing, etc. into cool pictures I can hang around the room when I propose. I am definitely open to your ideas. You are the expert, not me! This is somewhat what I am looking to do.
