Required software development freelancer for Looking for a Wowza expert job

We are setting up our first Wowza server and are looking for an experienced Wowza expert who has set up and configured several Wowza servers to save us time during setup, and also to let us know of any 'gotchas' or best practices that might not be obvious from the documentation.

Once Wowza in installed and configured, we'll upload a couple of sample videos so you can show us the best way to deliver ABR streaming of multiple renditions. (NOTE: we do not need live streaming at this time, it will just be for VOD.)
