Required software development freelancer for Twilio setup with SIP Phones job

I am looking for someone to set up my Twiiio number to forward to my SIP Phones.

I have multiple Yealink Cordless SIP Phones.
- I would like to have one twilio number show for outbound calls regardless of which phone is use.
- I would like to ring all phones at once.
- I would like to set up Callrail to forward to these SIP Phones.
