Required software development freelancer for Engineer needed to help find lost emails and website form submissions job

Hello
Two months ago, my squarespace website went through a bit of a crash and the 'booking request' form that people fill out stopped working. We went through a bit of analyzing and discovered that in fact what wasn't working was the email address attach to my website. Unfortunately, this email address was always used just as a forwarding email to my personal email and we don't know where its hosted. I need somebody who understands coding and back end website work to help me figure out where this email address is hosted and how to retrieve and fix the forwarding along with finding the messages and lost forms.
