Required software development freelancer for Freelance IT Manager needed for Event job

We are looking for a Freelance IT Manager to help with executing the IT needs for a 3 day culinary event in Greenpoint, NYC, with some light lead up work as well.

This person will liaise with our Internet provider, registration vendor, and AV company on their IT needs throughout the event, and troubleshooting any AV or Internet issues or connectivity problems on site as needed.

This person would also pack up in house equipment (desktops, monitors, printers, etc) for transport, set up at the event space, pack up again post event, and set up again at our office.
