Required software development freelancer for Develop an alert notification system that monitors numbers job

Hi Guys

I am a professional roulette player. I would like to have designed some kind of software to monitor numbers and alert me to there absence so I don't have to constantly monitor my computer screens for hours. Ill just get say a bleep to tell me say a series of numbers have been missing for a number of spins of the wheel.

These are online casinos. I play a certain set of numbers (in a section called tiers) on the roulette wheel. These numbers are as follows 5,8,10,11,13,16,23,24,27,30,33, and 36. I would usually place a bet when these series of numbers have been missed for like 10 spins. As you can imagine its boring and takes a lot of time and sometimes ill even miss the numbers if I loose concentration hence I need this software to alert me. Thanks

To save me constantly having to watch the screen ill like to have some software monitor the game to alert me to the absence of these numbers.
