Required software development freelancer for Pfsense Openvpn VOIP config job

Hi i have made OPENVPN tunnel between 2 points :
SITE A
SITE B
Now , i change Site B router from openwrt 'which was working ' to pfsense router 'which not working as expected '
I think i need NAT rules since the VPN established but i have problem with VOICE , there is voip connection between 2 point .
So i need pfsense expert to do NAT rules on this router .
