Required Web Design freelancer for Need a Wix Blog page created. job

I am looking to create a simple, Spanish football themed blog page, where I will post about Spanish football.
I would like background images of Spanish football, famous Spanish building eg. The royal palace in Madrid and maybe a tapas bar. The colour scheme should match that of the Spanish flag, ie an orangey/ red/ yellow colour scheme.
The title of the blog will be called La Taberna.
It should be straightforward to add blog posts, into sections I can simply add.
