Required software development freelancer for Need AWS/Terraform experience for cloud migration project job

We are looking for someone to help bring an AWS cloud migration project over the finish line. We have the groundwork laid in Terraform for a new multi-account model, with VPC peering/security rules/etc. in place.

The following items are left to complete:
- Terraform for shared resources, i.e. SQS, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.
- Help in designing Terraform templates for services running in this new infrastructure
- Assistance with turning Heroku apps into Docker apps
- CI deploy pipeline, with some specific requirements around taking a JSON manifest in repositories and intelligently updating services

We expect this to be a 3-6 month engagement.
