JAMF expert needed for long term full time work in Washington State.
-Maintain operating efficiency and stability, as well as security and data integrity to the Mac / Jamf infrastructure.
- Responsible for Tier 2 and Tier 3 end user support.
- Manage hardware and software troubleshooting of PCs, Macs, servers, networks, and mobile devices to maintain constant uptime and data access to prevent revenue loss.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with end-user devices, desktop and server application errors, server performance issues, and hardware malfunctions across the enterprise.
- Manage and maintained the Jamf servers and the infrastructure services: DHCP, DNS, File, Print, Group Policy, Active Directory Domain, WSUS, SCCM, LDAP, and authentication related issues
- Coordinate system deployments with other teams, internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors.
- Develop and enhanced processes and technical documentation.
- Create and maintain systems and site documentation.
- Lead and/or assist with the setup of new applications and system deployments in the Mac environment via Jamf.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion.
