Required Web Design freelancer for Developer needed to implement a site redesign. job

A client that we're working with wants to implement a full website redesign. Their site already exists and has been fairly successful but they want to give it a facelift to make it more modern and attractive. No designs have been provided so an eye for design is critical. You will be implementing changes based off of an example similar site that they would like their site to be modeled after. This project is expected to be a fairly quick turnaround. If all goes well, there may be an opportunity for more work in the future.
