Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for Pinnoccio Nose job

Hello,
My nextdoor neighbours jokingly call me 'Mr Pinnoccio'. I would like one or some of these images, to depict me with a photoshopped nose, in stages of growth like Pinnochio. As a nice present.

I'd prefer the photos to cut out most of the torso and be mostly, profile(ish)
