Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for Tower Records Poster job

I'm looking for someone to create an art print that represents Tower Records, and specifically, the original Tower Records building in Sacramento, CA. The print would most likely be around 18'x24'. I want it to highly resemble and be based on the look/design of the attached Bauhaus poster. Specific elements I want included in the print are the neon blue light that is unique to this specific Tower Records building and the iconic red slanted font. I would be allowing the designer to have a lot of creative control as long as they produce a similar design to the Bauhaus poster. I was born and raised in Sacramento and am looking to hang this print above my media console that holds my record player.
