Required Microsoft Excel freelancer for Excel Expert Needed to build a RentRoll and Revenue Projecttion job

Need a document that has a regional summary:
- Tab for Yearly income by client (I have a good starting point for this one)
- Monthly tab that shows me what revenue I have coming in. ( I have a good starting point for this one)

Need a site specific tab:
- has a monthly breakdown of income coming in and also provides a yearly total

I have files, but would rather share in person as there is sensitive data.

I am assuming this is 10-20 hours of work, but if it takes longer that is not an issue.
