Required software development freelancer for Hikvision camera and NVR remote admin and support job

Our company installs new camera systems (Ubiquiti, cisco, etc). However, we get asked to fix or make changes to older systems (Hikvision or hikvision knock offs). We are looking for someone who can remotely control one of our computers on-site to add, remove, modify cameras and the NVR. They will work remotely with our on-site techs to do all the work related to the Hikvision systems that our techs do not know how to do.

The right person would know the Hikvison system and similar systems very well and be able to work remotely and ask our techs to do hands-on tasks needed to fix or modify the Hikvision system. (Example: you would tell our tech to get on a ladder, pull down a camera, install a new camera and then you would adopt it and set it up)
