We are looking for someone to help us set up Zendesk as our online help center. Part of the functionality needs the ability to make a conditional form based on customers not being able to find their answer in the main help section. The customer needs to be able to narrow down their request and submit a ticket so our support team can answer independently of zendesk. Our agents do not use Zendek to manage support tickets so these customer requests need to be sent by email. We need help with the layout and setting up the whole Q&A.
