We are looking for a web developer who has significant experience in optimizing redirection rules for a website, to implement them in such a way that does not slow down the user experience so much. Our site is hosted on GoDaddy, and was built with Wordpress.
To illustrate our issue that we'd like the consultant to fix, our issue is that we have a website
(removed by Toogit admin)
and we have some redirection rules in place, so that if someone types (removed by Toogit admin) in their browser, they get redirected to the secure (removed by Toogit admin) instead
However, the way it's currently implemented, we believe it is severely impacting performance. For example, using gtmetrix.com, we see on the PageSpeed tab, that we have a very poor rating.
We would like a consultant to remotely connect to one of our developer's machines via Teamviewer remote connectivity software (we can provide installation instructions) and work with the developer via phone call and remote connection session to properly implement redirection rules/behavior on the server in such a way that is efficient and not detrimental to performance.
The job will be considered complete once gtmetrix no longer flags any page redirects as being problematic, but https redirection still occurs. We know this is possible because there is a site brightstarinstitute, it has a 100% great rating in the Avoid landing page redirects section.
