Required Bootstrap,CSS,CSS3,HTML,HTML5 freelancer for Urgent - small simple tally based app based on firebase job

We would like donation tally page developed however the small project should comprise of two pages based on angular connected with firebase (for ease) and deployment.

The firebase db should contain a goal $ target. i.e: $10,000

1) The first page will have a simple create form where we can enter the following

Amount: $
Type: Dropdown [Pledge, Facebook, PayPal, Cash, Credit Card]

Save button

2) The second page shall tally them in a thermometer style page
The thermometer itself should refresh every 15 seconds (Without refreshing the page)
