The senario is : When we get a new listing , the first time we need to do is to run the neighborhood leads and sent bulk texts with video of this listing to announce we have a coming soon listings, invite any potential seller or buyer come to our open house; all these outbound text message can keep track in our crm system and any response can be also saved in CRM automatically.
