setup a powerapp similiar to 'Book A Room' in the 'Make apps like these' section.
the idea behind the app is that it will be connected to a outlook calendar and internal and external people can use this app to book the boardroom availability. it will give them full access and if there is a slot taken up it will not let you book it. upon successful booking it will email you confirmation.
