We run 3 email newsletters on Mail Chimp and are about to move everything over to Campaign Monitor. Each newsletter has 3 templates.

-Export templates from Mailchimp + Remove any Mailchimp-only code
-Upload templates to Campaign Monitor + Test.
-Copy list settings from old platform to new
-Provide details on DNS settings for each list (we'll implement)
