EXPECTATIONS:
- Part-time commitment, but flexible schedule so that you can schedule certain daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. This is expected to grow to where it could be a full time position.
- Quick response time when a teammate reaches out with a question.
- Be able to think rationally when reviewing product descriptions
- Provide feedback on processes or systems if you have other ideas that could improve the operations.
- It would be expected that the daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed on-time without ongoing reminders
- It is expected that time will be dedicated every week day to complete all normal daily tasks and limited hours on the weekend to complete all tasks
PRIMARY TASKS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Responding to customer emails through Help Scout
- Correcting all errors and uploading the revised descriptions into our software
-Using our proprietary software to qualify new product and upload to our inventory management software
- Review item listings to ensure that all data is included prior to pushing the listing to the sales channel
- Weekly follow up email to all team members asking for an update on whether recurring tasks has been completed
All primary tasks represent an average of 30 hours/week of work.
