We are a start-up company and are just about to launch our website. The entire business is based on the website and you could compare it to TourAdvisor. We have people that are good at PHP-code, but we need someone who is very good at WordPress and that can cooperate with our PHP-people. We have a lot of customization on our site and are going to do more. Therefore, we need someone who is over average good at WordPress and that understands how it works back-end.
